Workplace wellbeing and design: when furniture boosts productivity

September, October or even July, if you work in the high season: there is always a "back". Back to the routine. To the keyboard. To meetings. To mid-morning coffee. And the question is: why not do it in a place where you feel like being? Today, more than ever, wellbeing in the workspace is a priority, as it improves physical and mental health, and also has a direct influence on motivation, creativity and performance. Space design is no longer just about filling square metres: it is now about creating lively, versatile and stimulating environments. And this is where Resol furniture comes into play.

Design as a driver of well-being and productivity

At Resol, we understand that a chair is not just a chair, and a table can be much more than a support surface. That is why we design pieces that combine functionality and emotion, for spaces where working becomes a more pleasant experience.

A good example is the Skin chair with wheels and integral upholstery. Its enveloping and comfortable design invites you to spend hours without noticing the passage of time. Its integral upholstery provides warmth, while its version with wheels and multiple leg options (spider, skate, with arms...) adapts to any pace and style of work.

Next to it, the Hub desks are the new centre of gravity of the office. Versatile, robust, elegant. They can be used for an impromptu meeting or to concentrate on a deadline. They are work desks as well as meeting areas, for exchanges and breaks. With their wide range of finishes, they fit into any environment and elevate it.

But not everything happens in work areas. At Resol we also have proposals for more formal spaces, such as meeting rooms or management offices, where image and comfort go hand in hand. The Rest armchair and its upholstered Rest Low version combine presence, comfort and elegance, offering an ideal solution for executive contexts where every detail counts.

And as multi-purpose spaces are becoming more and more common, those corners designed for an informal meeting, a quiet call or simply a moment of relaxed concentration, we also design pieces that invite a new way of being.

The Brisa modular sofa, with its organic and flexible design, transforms any corner into an oasis of calm in the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Resol's philosophy

Designing a working environment is much more than a question of ergonomics. It is about culture, about values, about how we want to feel every day when we walk through the office door. And furniture, when well thought out, has the power to change everything: posture, mood, energy, the way we collaborate.
