1. General Conditions and Legal Compliance
1.1 CCRESOL Compliance Commitment (Start-up Requirement)
RESINAS OLOT suppliers will acknowledge and accept the present legal and social responsibility requirements by signing the RESOL Compliance Commitment (hereinafter CCRESOL).
1.2 Communication to Sub Suppliers
The OLOT RESIN supplier shall communicate the CCRESOL requirements to its suppliers involved in the production of OLOT RESIN products.
The supplier shall ensure that its suppliers have signed a document acknowledging and accepting these requirements.
1.3 Communication of CCRESOL to employees
The supplier shall communicate the CCRESOL requirements to all its employees.
The requirements shall be displayed in a place accessible to all employees (e.g. information boards).
1.4 Organisation of the CCRESOL
The supplier shall designate responsible persons with authority to ensure compliance on:

1.5 Internal Audits
The supplier shall carry out internal audits at least every 12 months.
